Every Windows NT/2000/XP/2003 computer on your network relies on Services to function correctly, and every one of those Services must log on with a user name and password stored locally on each computer. Some Services need to log on as a user with Administrator privileges, and Administrator passwords must be changed regularly to keep security tight in an organization. Using the standard tools provided for managing Services the password must be changed by hand on every computer one-by-one – an enormously time-consuming and error-prone process.
