We’ve created these reports from feedback received while working with our customers over the last 10 years on resolving this one screaming need: controlling user-based storage.

• Duplicate File Report: Quickly discovers space that can be saved. This report lets you know exactly how many duplicate files are on your network. A duplicate is based on filename, size, last modified date, and the date it was created.
  
• Aging Report: Ask yourself one question: How many old files do you have lurking on your network? The Aging Report generates lists from oldest to newest according to the last accessed date.
  
• File Type Report: The File Type Report will allow you to configure any extension of files on which they want to report. This report then scans the user’s storage and generates a list of those types of files. For example, you may be looking for MP3 files. Any file with the .MP3 extension will show up in this report as an aggregate. Simply enter the file extension you want to see.
  
• User Report: Discover who is using all of your storage space. The User report shows top usage by user.
  
• Watch List Report: These are the immediate concerns for a storage administrator. This report lists all volumes that are 85% full or greater.
  
• Action Report: This report is another great tool for storage administrators. The Action Report lists the top six users consuming space on your network, all volumes that are going to be 100% full in the next 90 days, and the top five duplicate files consuming needless space on your network.
